Privacy Plus<\/strong> is a voluntary add-on service<\/strong> to Acconor’s address services (virtual office, business address, and mail address) that provides extra protection for your digital mail. All physical mail that Acconor digitizes and forwards is end-to-end encrypted, so only the intended recipient can open the content \u2013 no unauthorized person can access the information during transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Privacy Plus is especially recommended for businesses that receive sensitive or confidential information such as personal data, HR documents, financial receipts, or legal correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Privacy Plus works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When Privacy Plus is activated as an additional service, a secure encryption solution is configured for the company’s email domain. It is possible to order additional domains or email addresses if the business does not use its own domain for email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All documents that are digitized and sent by Acconor are encrypted directly upon sending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Microsoft 365 \/ Outlook<\/strong>: Recipients can open encrypted emails directly in Outlook thanks to Microsoft Purview Message Encryption (MPE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Other email platforms<\/strong>: Recipients gain access through a secure portal with a one-time code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
